CREDIT CARD PHONE ORDERS

By giving us your credit card number, your expiration date, and your name as it appears on your credit card, you agree to authorize Casas de Santa Fe and Credit Card Firm to make charges to your card for accommodations, miscellaneous requested items and any damage that has resulted to your rental property during your occupancy. No signature is required.

RESERVATION GUARANTEE

One night deposit required to hold reservations for stays less than 7 days, and 25% deposit on reservations for stays 7 days or longer.

CANCELLATION

A $35 cancellation fee will be deducted from deposit. Balance refunded if you canceled prior to 14 days of arrival. Cancellations or changes with less than 14 days of notice of arrival will result in forfeiture of deposit.

HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS/SPECIAL EVENTS

All require a 45 day notice of arrival. Cancellations or changes after 45 days notice will result in total forfeiture of deposit, no exceptions.

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR reservations must be paid in full, 45 days in advance of arrival.

CHECK-IN 3:00 PM

We will do everything possible to accommodate an early arrival. We require 48 hour notice for an early arrival.

CHECK-OUT 11:00 AM

We will do everything possible to accommodate a late check-out, providing property is not reserved. Please advise us of your request prior to check-in.

SMOKING

This is a non-smoking property. Two patio areas are available for smoking. Smoking inside this property is considered damage and will result in additional cleaning fees.

PETS

A fee of $25 nightly per pet, plus a $500 Pet Deposit is charged.  A reservation for your pet must be made prior to accepting your reservation.  Any damage resulting from your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.

Phones are toll-restricted for local calling only. A calling card or your cell phone is required for long distance.

TRANSPORTATION

Albuquerque International Airport is 60 miles South of Santa Fe. For those desiring a rental car, advance reservations are strongly recommended. Scheduled bus and limo service is available. (View Map)
